FLY WITHOUT A HITCH

EU PRE-FLIGHT XO SHARED FLIGHT CHECKLIST

TSA Mandate Advisory

Effective as of June 22nd, 2023, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration now requires all passengers' full legal name, date of birth, and gender for vetting purposes. Please be sure to enter these details in the Trips section of your XO APP no later than 3 hours prior to departure. Failure to provide this information will restrict you from boarding the aircraft for your flight.

How early should you arrive at the FBO before departure?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before take-off. Boarding will begin 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please check in with the FBO Front Desk staff, and have your tail number ready.

Where is the FBO?

Please refer to your flight itinerary for the FBO address and contact information. You can find this in the “Trips” section of your app profile.

Will we hold a XO SHARED FLIGHT if you’re running late?

Our shared flights must depart on time. Aircraft doors close 10 minutes prior to departure, without exception.

What forms of I.D. do you need for flight check-in?

Your passport is required. Immediately after booking your flight, please message a photo of your passport to Member Services in the app’s Message Center. You must travel with that same passport. Permission to board will be contingent on passport approval after booking and/or submitting all required travel documents within 24 hours of departure. Cancellation fees may apply.

What about any additional paperwork?

Be sure all travel documents are in order and required visa(s) for your country of destination are available in your passport.

Can minors travel alone?

Yes. They may be required to complete and present a notarized Minor Consent Form.

Are you traveling with children?

A child under two years of age is considered a lap child. Children older than two require an additional seat. Should you need to purchase any additional seats, please notify the Member Services immediately.

What is your seat assignment?

Seating is typically only assigned for super-mid to heavy aircraft. We will send your seat assignment via the app’s Message Center 24 hours prior to departure.

Will there be food on board?

We offer light snacks and refreshments on this flight. Please notify the Concierge Team for any special catering requests. Additional fees will apply.

Do you have any allergies or a medical condition we should know about?

Please let us know so that we may update your member profile.

What about hazardous materials on board?

Firearms and ammunition, flammable material or liquids in stowed baggage or otherwise, including, but not limited to, e-cigarettes, vapor inhalation devices, and flammable products such as lithium batteries, are not allowed on any flight.

Are there restrictions for bringing liquids on board?

You may bring individual 3.4 oz. (100 ml) bottles of liquids, aerosols, gels, creams, and pastes inside a single quart-size bag, which must be packed inside your carry-on item.

Are you traveling with cash?

Just be sure to keep it under €10,000. Otherwise you will not be permitted to board. Cancellation fees will apply.

Would you like to request ground transportation upon arrival?

Please call our Concierge Team prior to your flight. Additional fees will apply.

May you smoke on board?

We have a strict no-smoking policy on all flights.

Are pets allowed on flights?

As much as we love pets, we have a strict no-pet policy on board, with the exception of registered service/emotional support animals.

Traveling with a service/emotional support animal?

Please call our European Member Services immediately upon booking and at least 48 hours prior to departure. If the flight operator determines that your animal will present a safety hazard by blocking the aircraft aisles or access to emergency exits, XO reserves the right to charge you for an additional seat. For passengers flying in to Luton Airport (EGGW), please be aware that all animals are prohibited, including those used for service/emotional support.

Traveling with large sports gear?

Please contact the Member Services. Skis, snowboards, golf clubs, and other large gear items are not typically allowed on shared flights, however they will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
