The safety-vetted XO alliance fleet

XO puts the safety of our flying community above all else, which is why our parent company Vista Global Holding has a dedicated Vendor Approval Team in place. This group’s sole purpose is to vet each incoming vendor looking to join the ever-expanding XO alliance fleet, which has experienced a year-to-date increase of 302%. This is no small task, but our most paramount, as we continually add aircraft ranging from turboprops to airliners to provide flight solutions suited to diverse flight duration, routing, and passenger requirements.

The team we have assembled has 35+ years of safety experience. They run each vendor through a rigorous, comprehensive evaluation covering all facets of flight operation, from risk assessment to crew requirements to maintenance. Vendors may already hold an aviation safety standard (ARG/US, Wyvern, IS-BAO), but are still required to complete our evaluation and ensure their Certificate of Insurance (COI) meets Vista Global Holding's industry-leading standards, with minimum aircraft liability limits from $25,000,000 to $500,000,000 (depending on aircraft size).  

Those vendors who pass with flying colors are welcomed aboard the 2,100+ aircraft comprising the safety-vetted XO alliance fleet. It is through the strength and experience of our Vendor Approval Team that we have been able to proudly select esteemed vendors across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia to serve our global flying community. XO Global LLC is not a direct air carrier and does not operate any aircraft. All flights will be operated by properly licensed US or foreign air carriers. Membership is subject to the terms of the applicable Access Membership Agreement.
