Lahore

The capital of the Punjab region of Pakistan, Lahore is one of the wealthiest cities in Pakistan. The city is perfect for cultural exploration, with architecture dating back to colonial times. The Badshahi Mosque is gorgeous, and the Wazir Khan Mosque features many ornamental decorations and special tilework throughout. The Lahore Fort dates back to Moghul times and features several palaces, gardens, and museums. Of special note is the Sheesh Mahal, otherwise known as the Palace of Mirrors.
