The capital of Taiwan, Taipei, is home to The Shilin Market, a bustling night market that is one of several that make the city known for its street food scene. Amongst the several notable museums, the National Palace Museum has Chinese artifacts dating back 8,000 years, many of which were collected by emperors. Further attractions include hot springs, nature hikes, and the Taipei 101 with its observatory.
