Virgin Islands

The U.S. Virgin Islands are a U.S. territory in the Atlantic Ocean. While the territory consists of over 50 islands, the main islands are St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix. The history of the islands is tumultuous, as they have been under the rule of different nations at different times. The result is a mixed culture, with the strongest influence being that of Denmark. The islands themselves are beautiful, with St. Thomas being the financial center and St. John being the most pristine.
