Technically a part of the Russian Federation, the Cathédrale Saint-Nicolas de Nice is the largest Russian Orthodox Church in the Western Hemisphere. Considered a national monument of France, the cathedral was completed in 1912, having been funded by Tsar Nicholas II of Russia.
